Do joints and muscles constantly hurt?  This doesn’t apply to all instances, but most often doing adequate stretching both before and after your workout saves a lot of aches and pains afterwards.  Lower back hurt?  Try and find the root of the problem (i.e tight hamstrings hamstrings.)
