For those new to the gym, I have a couple pointers. First of all, don’t be afraid to try something new! This gym has a vast variety of aerobic and weight equipment, along with many different styles of fitness classes to try. If it looks interesting to you, give it a shot! Far too often I see members sticking to their same routines, going to the same treadmill or doing the same exercises over and over again. That results in an undesirable plateau in your progress and goals. Switch it up, keep the body guessing, do a bit of exploring; who knows, you may find something you like!
