5、character: it occurs as colorless transparent monoclinic system crystal. usually, it is dihydrated. its melting point is 101-102 ℃. the relative density (19 ℃) is 1.65. the refractive index is 1.440. it’s soluble in water, slightly soluble in ether and ethanol. it sublimates at the temperature of 157℃. dihydrate form effloresces easily and turns to anhydrous form. melting point of oxalic acid anhydrous is 189.5 ℃ (decomposing).

7、packing: it is packed with polyethylene bag as inner layer, and a compound plastic woven bag as outer layer. the net weight of each bag is 25kg.
