At The Source, we know that an active lifestyle is a huge part of overall health. Our youth programs are created to give kids an opportunity to learn a variety of ways to be active while having fun. For the older kids and preteens, we focus on giving them a variety of activities and routines which help translate into a great fitness foundation. We want to help them grow in strength at their age appropriate levels so they can avoid future injuries and feel confident enough to enjoy their favorite sports.

Youth Program options:

Mountain Movers (ages 2-6)

World Changers  (ages 7-12)

Family options for 13-15 year olds:

• There are currently no youth programs for ages 13 to 15 but they are definitely welcome to come and workout with a parents supervision.
